Anthony Radev Dr.
Director at SEED
Anthony is the lead for SEED - School for Executive Education and Development in Budapest. Anthony was with McKinsey & Company for close to 25 years. Most of his professional life was dedicated to developing the East European offices. Besides coordinating this education project, he manages the strategy for the program.
György Beck Dr.
György Beck is a President of Vodafone Hungary. At SEED, he teaches organizational leadership and people development. György holds a PhD in Mathematics, was a founding partner and then the CEO of the Hungarian branch of Digital Equipment Corporation. He later fulfilled the position of director of the East Central European division of Compaq and Hewlett-Packard. During his leadership Vodafone Hungary was awarded internationally in Innovation, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, he was awarded best manager, most inspirational leader and role model of the year in Hungary.
Mike graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University with a Masters degree in Modern Languages. He has been an auditor for 42 years and spent 23 years in Central Eastern Europe. After serving 28 years as Partner at PwC, currently, he supports the Hungarian State Audit Office in the implementation of International Standards on Auditing for Supreme audit institutions and is the contact member for ICAEW Chartered Accountants in Hungary and Austria.
István Ajtony Majoros Dr.
István Majoros is a partner at S.T.I.L. Consulting. At SEED, he leads modules on personal development and leadership. István holds a PhD from Harvard University. He is a multifaceted talent strategist and leadership counselor with over 15 years’ experience in large firm and boutique consulting companies. He was Senior Learning Manager in charge of Consultant Leadership Development and previously Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. Being a Consultant, then Principal he spent more than 6 years at Egon Zehnder International, Hungary.
Robert is an experienced and highly skilled leader with a wealth of experience gained in senior management positions in both retail and wholesale, combined with financial expertise gained at multinational companies. He is an economist by education and has an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. Robert served as Head of Consumer Banking Department, Deputy CEO, responsible for Branch Sales and Deputy CEO, responsible for Corporate Banking at Raiffeisen Bank. After 16 years spent in Raiffeisen Bank, he became the Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking Division of K&H Bank. Today, he act as management consultant.
Sandy is a Canadian businessman with Hungarian roots. He started his career at Procter & Gamble in Canada, then built and managed businesses for companies such as Cadbury International, Citibank Global and Raiffeisen International. Geographically he worked in 50 countries on 4 continents. He retired from full time work as CEO of Austria at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Credit Bank of Moscow. Today he is involved primarily in board and advisory work, in addition to leading Bay Devonshire Ltd, a UK based boutique consultancy. He is also senior lecturer at several universities, active in charitable work and is the author of 4 business books.
Melinda Kerekes is an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Trainer at Skill Development. At SEED, she supports the participants by coaching them to reach their aspirations and goals. Melinda has been supporting executive leaders at multinational companies as a coach almost 15 years. She holds a degree in pedagogy and psychology. Over the years, she has gained experience in various industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunication and automotive. Her main areas of focus are leadership development, emotional intelligence, motivation and inspiration.
Ágnes Berényi is a Regional Training Manager at Lidl Magyarország. At SEED, she runs executive coaching sessions for participants. Ágnes is both an economist and a psychologist. Having graduated from the Budapest University of Economics, she worked in the banking and real estate sectors in Budapest and also in London. She then decided to follow her passion and begin the journey of earning her clinical and health psychology degree to become an NLP Master Practitioner and worked in organizational development as a leadership development consultant and executive coach.
Eszter Avar is an organisational and leadership development professional. At SEED, she runs executive coaching sessions for participants. She holds degrees in psychology, mathematics and economics. Over the last ten years, Eszter has been working as an OD consultant, executive coach and team coach for a broad spectrum of international companies. She is the founder of the “Best of HR Project” which has facilitated the sharing of best practices between HR managers in Hungary since 2011. As a university lecturer, Eszter teaches coaching at the International Business School in Budapest.
Jeremy Lovitt-Danks (1941-2017)
Jeremy Lovitt-Danks was an owner at Profi Marketing. At SEED, he was responsible for Communication and Business Negotiation. Jeremy was an English Editing Consultant and Trainer in Presentation Techniques and Better Business English to MOL Group. Previously, he was in charge of marketing strategy for Europe, then for Italy, Japan and Germany at American Express. After 15 years with Amex, he joined Visa International, San Francisco as SVP for new product development. He was professionally proficient in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish.
